About the role

The Training Specialist (Delivery) facilitates engaging, high-impact onboarding and upskilling experiences that accelerate performance and confidence across teams. This role delivers live instruction—both in-person and virtual—through simulations, workshops, and certification programs tied directly to performance metrics. As part of a dynamic and growing learning organization, you'll partner with managers, QA, and Instructional Design to ensure learners are set up for success from day one. If you're passionate about coaching others, bringing energy to every session, and helping people build skills that stick, this role puts you at the heart of our learning culture.  Please note this role requires going to our office at least three days a week, every other week, to support new hire onboarding.

Your responsibilities

  • Facilitate live training sessions (virtual and in-person) for onboarding and upskilling cohorts.
  • Lead simulations, role-plays, and workshops that promote real-world skill application.
  • Deliver and manage certification programs; track and report outcomes to business leaders.
  • Provide live floor coaching and targeted reinforcement based on QA and ramp metrics.
  • Partner with managers and QA to identify performance gaps and create short, targeted interventions.
  • Calibrate with Instructional Designers to align curriculum updates and session plans.
  • Track and report attendance, completion rates, assessment results, and key performance trends.
  • Maintain consistent learner experiences through standard agendas, materials, and delivery practices.
  • Collect learner feedback and collaborate with the design team to improve content and facilitation methods.
  • Lead or support special training initiatives and projects as business priorities evolve.

About you

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Communication, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5-7 years of experience facilitating live training in operations, CX, or similar high-volume environments.
  • Proven success improving ramp time, QA scores, or performance metrics through coaching and training.
  • Skilled in virtual facilitation using breakout rooms, polls, and other engagement tools.
  • Experienced in managing group dynamics and driving participation across diverse learner cohorts.
  • Comfortable using LMS tools, attendance trackers, and basic reporting dashboards.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills that build confidence and engagement.
  • Collaborative and proactive, with the ability to adapt delivery styles to different audiences and learning needs.
