Job Overview

The role involves managing the daily functions of a gas station, including customer service, payment processing, station upkeep, and cash handling. Responsibilities also include supervising Gas Station Attendants and performing routine maintenance on station equipment. This will serve as a backup for Cashier and Pump Attendant on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Register Operations:

Process customer payments using a POS system. Responsible for balancing the cash drawer and may assist with preparing daily cash deposits.

• Station Cleanliness:

Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Duties include cleaning restrooms, wiping windows and countertops, mopping and sweeping floors, and keeping shelves stocked and tidy.

• Team Supervision:

May oversee and provide guidance to Gas Station Attendants, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; serves as the primary point of contact for customers.
• Friendly, positive, and service-oriented attitude.
• Reliable and punctual; able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Capable of multitasking and staying organized in a fast-paced environment.

Core Competencies

• Basic math proficiency for handling cash and balancing registers.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including heavy lifting.
• Previous cashier and customer service experience.
• Background in sales is a plus.
• Willingness to travel, if required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php600.00 per day
