Maintenance & Repair: Performing routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance on electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.

  • Troubleshooting: Diagnosing faults in equipment and systems to identify and resolve issues.
  • Inspections: Conducting regular inspections of building areas, equipment, and facilities to ensure proper operation and identify potential problems.
  • Work Order Response: Responding to work orders and emergency requests for repairs and maintenance in various areas, such as guestrooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities.
  • General Repairs: Completing a wide range of general repairs, including minor installations, carpentry tasks (like door hanging), and furniture assembly.
  • Safety & Compliance: Adhering to corporate safety procedures, maintaining safe work environments, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Documentation: Keeping records of maintenance activities, equipment status, and necessary reports.
  • Equipment Management: Ensuring spare parts, materials, and equipment are available for maintenance tasks.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php19,400.00 per month
