Key Responsibilities:

  • Invoicing and billing: Generate customer invoices, ensure they are delivered promptly, and prepare billing statements.
  • Payment processing: Track and record incoming customer payments, and post receipts to the correct accounts.
  • Account reconciliation: Reconcile customer accounts and bank statements to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
  • Collections and follow-up: Follow up on overdue accounts and communicate with clients regarding payment terms and issues.
  • Customer inquiries: Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to billing and payments.
  • Reporting: Assist in preparing AR reports, such as aging summaries, and provide daily reports on AR operations to management.
  • Record keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including filing invoices and supporting documents.
  • General accounting support: Perform data entry and assist with other accounting tasks as needed, such as helping with financial statements and general ledger entries.
