Job Overview:We are seeking an experienced SAP Fund Management Consultant to join our team. In this senior role, you will leverage your expertise in SAP Fund Management (FM) to deliver high-quality solutions and manage SAP FM implementations. You will be responsible for the configuration, testing, support, and optimization of fund management processes within SAP.

The position involves interacting with various business and technical teams to ensure that SAP FM meets business requirements and is fully integrated with other financial modules. Key Responsibilities:Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP Fund Management solutions to meet business requirements. Work with business stakeholders to understand fund management processes and translate them into functional specifications for SAP.Configure SAP FM to meet organizational needs related to budget management, funds allocation, and fund tracking.

Ensure seamless integration of SAP Fund Management with other SAP modules such as SAP FI (Financial Accounting), CO (Controlling), and MM (Materials Management). Provide hands-on configuration and support for SAP Fund Management solutions, focusing on budgeting, commitment accounting, and cash flow management. Maintain SAP Fund Management system configurations to support various financial reporting requirements and ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP FM functionality and performance. Provide day-to-day support for SAP FM processes and users, ensuring smooth operations. Testing & Quality Assurance:Lead and oversee the testing of SAP Fund Management functionality, including system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT).

Collaborate with other functional and technical teams to ensure that the system is fully tested, integrated, and aligned with business requirements. Document test results, track defects, and manage resolutions during the testing phase. Business Process Optimization:Continuously analyze and improve fund management business processes, identifying opportunities for process automation and optimization using SAP solutions.

Stay up to date with the latest SAP FM features and innovations, recommending and implementing enhancements that streamline operations and increase efficiency. Training and Documentation:Develop and deliver end-user training and create comprehensive user guides and training materials for SAP FM processes. Provide training on SAP Fund Management best practices to internal teams and business users.

Create and maintain detailed documentation for SAP FM configuration, testing, and implementation processes. Required Skills & Qualifications:Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in SAP Fund Management (FM). Experience with full lifecycle SAP FM implementations, including configuration, testing, and post-implementation support.

Strong experience with integration of SAP FM with other modules such as SAP FI/CO, MM.Demonstrated expertise in budget control, commitment management, fund allocation, and cash flow processes within SAP.Technical Skills:In-depth knowledge of SAP FM configuration, including budgetary control, funds availability checks, commitments management, and reporting. Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA (preferred) and ECC, with experience in new implementations or upgrades. Proficiency in SAP reporting tools like SAP BW and SAP Query is desirable.
