On-site Recovery is called upon when there has been a breakdown in a ship engine, a wind turbine, or a production apparatus. Our task is to help the customer quickly get their ship sailing again or reestablish their production. At On-site Recovery, we specialize in on-site machining of large machine components, directly machining on the customer's equipment with our highly specialized on-site machining machines. Our primary work is on 2- and 4-stroke diesel engines within the maritime sector, but we also work on large and small projects domestically and internationally within the power plant, industrial, and wind turbine sectors. As our customers expect a quick response, we must be able to quickly deploy with our tools. Our experienced Service Engineers travel worldwide and offer 24/7 service.
You will play an important role
We are looking for a dedicated engineer or marine engineer, who will help ensure the highest standard in training, documenting our tool packages and repair methods. We are looking for a Product Trainer with experience in developing and conducting technical courses. You will, among other things, conduct internal courses for our traveling employees and train our colleagues from the foreign OSR departments in our repair methods. Additionally, you will document our tools by preparing instruction manuals. As a Product Trainer, you will play a crucial role in achieving CE marking for all our tools, which we continuously produce both for our internal customers and for the service jobs we perform for our customers. You will independently initiate tasks and drive them from A-Z.
Your key responsibilities are:
- Developing (technical) course material and conduct internal courses.
- Documenting our repair methods.
- Preparing instruction manuals.
- Maintaining processes.
- CE marking of tools.

Are a mechanical engineer or marine engineer who is a team player and is motivated by the above tasks. Additionally, as our future Product Trainer, you have the following skills and experience:
- Teaching experience.
- Experience in developing technical training material.
- Experience in CE marking tools.
- Good collaboration skills.
- Self-driven with high motivation.
- Able to handle a changing daily routine.
- Good communication skills, both oral and written (in Danish and English).
- Experience in the machinery industry.
At On-site Recovery in Brøndby, we are 40 employees, of which 26 are traveling technicians. As a Product Trainer, you are part of our back office and report to Site Manager Thomas Pedersen.
