PURCHASER

RESPONSIBILITIES:

This position is responsible in completing various tasks related to effective procurement, encoding, recording, filing, preparing and processing of admin and technical work in support to Purchasing Department.

• In-charge of the following:
• Canvassing
• Material Sourcing
• Vendor sourcing
• Purchasing
• Responsible in securing and filing quotation of all new items.
• Ensures that all requested supplies be purchased on or before due time as needed by requisitioning party.
• Prepares status report of all purchasing requests.
• Responsible in providing assistance in the researches for new and alternative sources, products, materials and services which will improve company efficiency and profitability.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• College graduate with a degree in BS Marketing, Business Course or equivalent business experience.
• At least six (6) months of work experience preferably in supply chain processes and procedures is a plus.
• Must be adept in common software applications such as WORD and EXCEL.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
