About the role
Polystar General Services' is seeking an experienced Concretor to join our team in General Trias City, Cavite. As a full-time Concretor, you will play a crucial role in our construction projects, ensuring the successful and efficient delivery of high-quality concrete work.
What you'll be doing
- Preparing and mixing concrete to the required specifications
- Pouring and finishing concrete surfaces, including floors, walls, and foundations
- Ensuring the proper curing and drying of concrete
- Performing maintenance and repairs on concrete structures as needed
- Collaborating with the construction team to achieve project milestones
- Adhering to all safety protocols and regulations
What we're looking for
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Concretor in the construction industry
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction blueprints and specifications
- Ability to mix and pour concrete to the required standards and specifications
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
- Familiarity with construction equipment and tools
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
