Job Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of the documents being submitted, stored and uploaded to the system

  • Monitoring and updating alignment figures from Project Management, Operations Team, Permitting Team and other groups involved in documents and collection

  • Processing of site access documents

  • Compliance to submit any documentation requirement related to operations and financial collection

  • Collaborating with patients or customers, third party institutions and other team members to resolve billing inconsistencies and errors

  • Creating invoices and billing materials to be sent directly to a client or vendor.

  • Finding financial solutions for partners who may need payment assistance

Job Qualifications:

  • College graduate

  • 2+ years working experience handling documentation and billing and collection

  • Proficient in using different applications and interfaces such as google sheets, MS office, etc

  • Familiarity on Telecommunications, Construction and Project Management

  • Willing to be deployed or relocated anywhere in the Philippines.
