Kaokee Singaporean Restaurant is hiring for Line Cooks that will be assign in our new branch in Podium Mall

Qualifications:

  • With cooking experience in a professional kitchen
  • Strong background in preparing Chinese cuisine
  • Familiarity with Chinese spices, tools, and cooking techniques (Wok experience is a plus)
  • Amenable to train in Makati branch

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook dishes in accordance with the restaurant's standards
  • Ensure each dish is well-presented and approved before serving
  • Oversee food preparation and maintain high-quality standards
  • Collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff of all levels
  • Manage kitchen inventory, including ordering and restocking supplies
  • Adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and standard operating procedures
