Creative Events & Brand Specialist - Onsite
Design digital and print materials including ads, event collaterals, retail signage, and branded merchandise aligned with seasonal campaigns and promotions.
Fuse web creative design, online platform management, and activation support to deliver memorable, visually consistent brand experiences, supporting the goals aligned with the Marketing & Promotions Manager.
Collaborate on the implementation of the visual continuity and production of creative outputs across hotel, retail, and casino verticals.
Conduct QA testing and coordinate with developers for necessary design-related fixes and visual optimizations. Troubleshoot bugs, resolve layout inconsistencies, and maintain quality across digital experiences before and after campaign launches.
Capture and curate behind-the-scenes content during activations and creative development phases. Repurpose this content for digital campaigns including reels, story formats, internal brand reels, and PR efforts.
Ensure that all activations are visually on-brand, from teaser campaigns and grand openings to pop-ups and seasonal retail promotions.
Coordinate pre-event and on-site logistics such as layout specs and setup, signage delivery, supplier timing, and tech checks with the Marketing and Promotions Manager. Provide documentation and guidelines to ensure setup accuracy and safety compliance if needed.
Collaborate with internal teams across creative, marketing, operations, and retail to ensure visual alignment and campaign cohesion. Participate in cross-departmental briefings, approvals, and timeline planning to maximize synergy.
Required Educational Attainment & Professional License
- Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field; and/or equivalent years of relevant creative and events production experience. Certifications in UX or digital design tools are a plus.
Required Work Experience
- Proven 2-3 years of experience in creative marketing, events support, or visual branding in retail, hospitality, or lifestyle-driven organizations.
Skills/Competencies Needed for the Job
- Must be proficient in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
- Demonstrates strong digital platform functionality understanding, including responsiveness and UX principles.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and event timelines.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and quality-driven when executing both visuals and activations.
- Comfortable working on-site with the Marketing and Promotions team during activations and collaborating with vendors, mall teams, and internal staff, as needed based on business requirements, i.e. reviewing visual specifications and identifying activation design improvements.
- Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field; and/or equivalent years of relevant creative and events production experience. Certifications in UX or digital design tools are a plus.
