About the Role

Straightforward Educational Consultancy Services is seeking an experienced and motivated Head of Growth to drive the strategic expansion and development of our business.

This is a full-time role based in Dagupan City, Pangasinan, with potential for remote work options. As Head of Growth, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future direction of our company and ensuring we continue to reach new heights in the education consultancy industry.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Developing and implementing innovative growth strategies to increase client base, market share, and revenue
  • Identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities within the education consultancy sector
  • Leading and coordinating the marketing and sales teams to ensure effective customer acquisition and retention
  • Analyzing market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions
  • Collaborating with leadership to align growth initiatives with company objectives
  • Monitoring and reporting on KPIs to measure the success of growth initiatives
  • Mentoring and developing marketing and sales staff to enhance their capabilities
What We're Looking For
  • 3+ years in a senior growth, marketing, or business development role (preferably in international education, travel consultancy, or a related industry)
  • Proven track record of delivering growth strategies with measurable results
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; able to influence and inspire teams
  • Proficient in marketing and sales tools, as well as data analysis/reporting
  • Passionate about the education consultancy industry with a strong understanding of the competitive landscape
  • Adaptable, entrepreneurial, and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
