About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Inventory Planning Specialist to join our growing Supply Chain and Logistics team. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate demand forecasting, production planning, and inventory management to support business operations. The right candidate will help streamline supply chain processes, reduce costs, and improve customer service levels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inventory planning, demand forecasting, and production scheduling to support business goals.
  • Develop and review sales and inventory forecasts using vendor management tools and SAP (preferred).
  • Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure efficient supply chain operations.
  • Monitor and analyze inventory levels, KPIs, and service performance, recommending improvements where needed.
  • Coordinate sourcing plans and ensure product availability while minimizing excess stock and costs.
  • Review operating schedules and adjust ordering patterns based on marketing strategies.
  • Share key data and insights with cross-functional teams to align operations with business needs.
  • Support supply chain projects and contribute to overall operational excellence.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in inventory planning, supply chain, or demand planning. FMCG or Food experience is a plus
  • Knowledge and experience with SAP or other ERP systems is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
