Summary:

• The Golf-Cart Driver is responsible for safely transporting guests, residents, staff, or visitors using a golf cart within designated areas. This role requires excellent customer service skills, attention to safety, and knowledge of the property layout.

Job Description for Golf-Cart Driver:

• Operate a golf cart safely and responsibly in accordance with company policies and local regulations
• Transport guests, patients, or staff to and from designated locations
• Always provide courteous and professional customer service
• Assist passengers with boarding and exiting the golf cart when needed
• Follow assigned routes and schedules
• Perform basic daily inspections of the golf cart and report maintenance issues
• Keep the golf cart clean and presentable
• Observe traffic, pedestrian, and safety rules always
• Respond to guest inquiries and provide directions or information as needed
• Report accidents, injuries, or unsafe conditions immediately

• Exposure to weather conditions such as heat, rain, or wind
• Interaction with guests, patients, and staff

Minimum Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license
• Ability to operate a golf cart safely
• Strong attention to safety and detail
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to sit for extended periods and assist passengers as needed
• Previous driving experience preferred
• Must be amenable to work 6 days/week
• Project-based of 6 months - subjected to extension and regularization
