Job Title: Messenger/Utility

Location: NEXTASIA Land Inc., Alabang Muntinlupa City
Job Summary:
The Messenger/Utility is responsible for the efficient and professional delivery of internal and external communication documents, providing general office supper and ensuring a clean, organized and well-maintained office environment. The role also includes serving as an office attendant, assisting in company events, and ensuring that all employees and visitors experience a high standard of service.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Messenger Duties:
· Collect and delivery documents, parcels, and other items within the office and to external clients, business partners, and service providers.
· Coordinate with courier services for the delivery of important packages and documents.
· Ensure timely and safe transportation of office materials, cheques, contracts, and other critical documentation.
· Maintain a log of documents delivered and received.
2. Utility Responsibilities:
· Assist with general office maintenance, including basic repairs, equipment checks, and cleanliness of common areas such as the pantry, conference rooms, and reception area.
· Set up conference rooms for meetings and ensure proper arrangement of furniture and materials needed for company activities.
· Assist with inventory management of office supplies, ensuring items are adequately stocked and reporting shortages promptly.
· Manage the disposal and recycling of waste materials in accordance with office policies.
3. Office Attendant Duties
· Serve refreshments to guests and staff during meetings, events, and visits.
· Assist in organizing and setting up corporate events, including but not limited to meetings, celebrations, and other in-office activities.
· Ensure that common areas are tidy and presentable at all times.
· Provide personal assistance to executives and other staff as necessary, including handling special errands and requests.
Qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent.
· At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an office setting.
· Knowledge of basic office maintenance and repair tasks.
· Strong communication skills, punctuality, and attention to detail.
· Trustworthy, polite, and well-presented, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
· Familiarity with the local area for efficient delivery services.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
