About the Role

We're seeking a talented and enthusiastic Entry Level Graphic Designer to join our creative team. This position is perfect for recent graduates or emerging designers looking to launch their career in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment. You'll work on diverse projects across digital and print media while developing your skills under the guidance of experienced designers.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Creative Work:

  • Create compelling visual designs for digital platforms including websites, social media, email campaigns, and mobile applications
  • Develop print materials such as brochures, flyers, business cards, posters, and promotional materials
  • Assist in brand identity development and maintain brand consistency across all materials
  • Design layouts for presentations, reports, and marketing collateral
  • Support packaging design and product visualization projects

Collaboration & Communication:

  • Work closely with marketing, product, and client teams to understand project requirements
  • Participate in creative brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas
  • Present design concepts and iterate based on feedback from stakeholders
  • Collaborate with copywriters, photographers, and other creative professionals

Project Management:

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
  • Organize and maintain digital asset libraries and design files
  • Ensure all designs meet quality standards and brand guidelines
  • Adapt designs for various formats and platforms as needed

Required Qualifications

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field is preferred
  • Portfolio demonstrating strong design fundamentals and creative thinking
  • 0-2 years of professional experience (internships and freelance work count)

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Basic knowledge of design principles including typography, color theory, and composition
  • Understanding of file formats and preparing artwork for print and digital use
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and their design requirements
  • Familiarity with design trends and best practices
  • Familiarity with print production processes

Soft Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to accept constructive feedback and iterate on designs
  • Time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Creative problem-solving mindset

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
