Counter Staff

Job description

We are looking for friendly and energetic individuals to join our restaurant team as Counter Staff during the peak/seasonal period. Counter Staff are responsible for taking customer orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a clean and welcoming front counter environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assist them with orders and inquiries.
• Take dine-in and takeout orders accurately.
• Serve food and beverages to customers at the counter.
• Pack takeout and delivery orders neatly and correctly.
• Maintain cleanliness of the counter, dining area, and service stations.
• Refill condiments, napkins, and other supplies as needed.
• Handle cash transactions and provide correct change (if assigned to cashier duties).
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Manager.

Qualifications:

• At least High School graduate or equivalent.
• Prior customer service or food counter experience is an advantage but not required.
• Friendly, polite, and customer-service oriented.
• Able to work quickly and efficiently during busy hours.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Honest, reliable, and presentable at all times.

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Contract length: 2 months

Pay: Php17, Php18,000.00 per month
