JOB SUMMARY:

The Property Engineer is responsible for managing property documentation, coordinating buyer move-in processes, and ensuring that housing units are ready for occupancy. This role provides assistance to homeowners regarding permits and utility activation, ensuring a smooth transition into their new homes while upholding high standards of customer service and operational efficiency.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Facilitate buyer move-in procedures to ensure a seamless transition and high homeowner satisfaction.
  • Assist buyers with Permit to Construct/Renovate applications and Construction Bond refunds by verifying requirements and explaining policies.
  • Coordinate with utility providers to ensure timely energization and water connection prior to move-in.
  • Address buyer inquiries and complaints promptly, coordinating with the Property Administrator to resolve issues effectively.
  • Notify buyers once their unit is ready for acceptance and handle customer communication through phone, email, and walk-ins.
  • Maintain and organize all property management documents and records.
  • Schedule and monitor housing unit inspections for buyers.
  • Ensure effective communication and timely follow-ups with all stakeholders.
  • Perform other related tasks as may be assigned by the immediate superior.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of Civil Engineering (Licensed or Non-Licensed)
  • At least one (1) year of experience in Property Management or Real Estate
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong written, oral, and presentation skills
  • High computer literacy and keen attention to detail
  • Amenable to work on-site in San Pedro, Laguna
