About the Opportunity:

GA HR Consultancy Inc., an accredited headhunter and trusted talent acquisition partner, is hiring on behalf of a reputable organization in the life insurance industry to fill a key role within its growing sales force.

We are looking for a Financial Advisor who will drive the expansion of individual and group insurance sales, while also contributing to recruitment efforts for new financial representatives. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established institution where your sales drive and client-first mindset will help protect lives and boost company growth.

What You'll Do:

  • Promote and sell individual and group life insurance products in line with growth targets.

  • Identify prospective clients and present tailored insurance solutions.

  • Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new financial representatives.

  • Participate in sales activities, events, and fieldwork across the Philippines.

  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships based on trust and service excellence.

  • Collaborate with internal teams for application processing and client servicing.

  • Prepare reports and maintain records of sales leads, client interactions, and account statuses.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, Economics, or related fields

  • At least 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in the life insurance industry

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  • Willingness to work onsite in Makati City and travel nationwide as needed

  • LOMA certification is an advantage, but not required
