What you'll do as an Application Developer

As an Application Developer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to meet specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that the applications are developed efficiently and effectively, while also addressing any challenges that may arise during the development process. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that the applications align with the overall business objectives and user needs.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME.

- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.

- Responsible for team decisions.

- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

- Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices within the team.

- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of application features.

- Assist in the training and development of junior team members.

Qualifications:

- Expert proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.

-Must have 3 years' experience for SAP ABAP Development for HANA.

  • Must be proficient in SAP BTP Application Development.

  • Strong understanding of application lifecycle management.

  • Experience with database management and optimization techniques.

  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
