Talent Sourcer

Job Summary:

This position requires experience in Seek searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, IT literacy, Microsoft Office, CRM/ATS tools, proactive attitude, working in a fast-paced environment, attention to detail, organizational skills, interpersonal skills, and communication skills. The Talent Sourcer will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and engaging top talent for clients and internal hiring needs. Must-have qualifications include 1-2 years of experience, while preferred qualifications include experience in a recruitment or HR environment (agency or in-house) and an understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Seek searches and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Strong IT literacy and Microsoft Office proficiency
• Experience with CRM/ATS tools
• Proactive and adaptable attitude in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communications

Must Have:

• 1-2 years of relevant work experience
