About the Team

You'll be joining a dynamic group responsible for developing and maintaining crew planning applications supporting thousands of pilots and flight attendants. The team is expanding to strengthen application security and modernize its technology stack.

Responsibilities

·
Upgrade and maintain front-end and back-end applications:

o
Angular: Migrate from version 4 to 19, then to 20

o
Java: Migrate to Java 21 runtime

·
Implement security remediation and code fixes based on scan results

·
Conduct static (SAS) and dynamic (DAS) security scans; remediate identified issues

·
Collaborate with the security team to validate upgrades and support documentation

·
Participate in unit testing and coordinate with the QA (quality assurance) group

·
Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders

·
Support ongoing development and future enhancements as needed

Required Skills & Qualifications

For Angular Developer:

·
4–5 years of experience in Angular development

·
Experience with Angular upgrades (v4 to v19/20)

·
Understanding of security scanning tools and remediation practices

For Java Developer:

. 6+
years of experience in Java development

·
Experience migrating applications to Java 21 runtime

·
Understanding of security scanning tools and remediation practices

For Both Roles:

·
Experience with static (SAS) and dynamic (DAS) security scans (Veracode experience preferred but not required)

·
Strong problem-solving and communication skills

·
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

·
Motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented
