The Company Driver is responsible for providing safe, reliable, and efficient transportation services for NT Group Executives. This role demands the highest level of professionalism, discretion, and driving expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

Transportation Services

  • Safely transport executives to meetings, events, and appointments.
  • Plan and follow efficient routes for timely arrivals.
  • Assist with loading/unloading luggage, documents, or other items.

Vehicle Maintenance

  • Conduct regular vehicle inspections and ensure excellent working condition.
  • Schedule and oversee preventive maintenance (oil change, brakes, tires, etc.).
  • Keep the vehicle clean, sanitized, and presentable at all times.

Administrative Duties

  • Maintain travel records: mileage, fuel, expenses, and incident reports.
  • Ensure vehicle documents (insurance, registration) are always updated.

Professionalism & Discretion

  • Maintain strict confidentiality in all matters.
  • Exhibit professional appearance, communication, and behavior.
  • Coordinate respectfully with executives and other staff.

Safety & Compliance

  • Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols.
  • Practice defensive driving at all times.
  • Stay updated on traffic conditions, weather, and potential hazards.

Qualifications:

  • High school or college diploma (or equivalent).
  • At least 3–5 years of professional driving experience with luxury vehicles (Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Lexus, or similar premium sedans/SUVs), ideally with executive-level clients
  • Valid professional driver's licence with restriction code 1 or 2 (restriction code 8 preferred) and clean driving record for the past 3 years
  • Excellent driving skills, strong knowledge of Metro Manila routes, and basic vehicle maintenance knowledge (tyre changes, fluid checks, minor repairs).
  • Professional, punctual, discreet, and reliable.
  • Ability to handle confidential matters with trust and integrity.
  • Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and possible out-of-town trips.
  • Excellent English communication skills (both spoken and written) and strong interpersonal abilities to interact professionally with international executives
  • Calm under pressure, adaptable to last-minute changes, and physically able to lift luggage up to 25kg and stand for extended periods.
