As a
Software Engineer (Flutter)
on the Personalization Platform team, you'll join a cross-functional engineering squad working on real-time, AI- and ML-powered features across mobile and backend. You will be involved in all stages of the product, from shaping its vision to building and delivering it for Maya's users.

Your work will improve features that millions of users in the Philippines and beyond rely on every day.

NATURE OF WOR

  • KDesign, plan, and implement high-quality features using native code (Kotlin or Swift)
  • .Build and maintain common modules, shared SDKs, reusable UI components, and internal tools
  • .Work closely with other teams using the personalization features, ensuring it meets their evolving needs
  • .Lead or contribute to proof-of-concepts, technical investigations, and architectural discussions
  • .Solve complex technical challenges such as app performance monitoring, scalability, and security
  • .Promote and ensure the use of best practices such as Test-Driven Development (TDD), Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD), code reviews, and unit/integration tests
  • .Stay up to date with Flutter, Android and iOS updates and help evolve Maya's mobile development standards and practices
  • .Support and mentor team members

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIO**

  • NS5+ years software development experienc
  • e.At least 3 years' experience building mobile apps using Flutter and Dar
