Site Architect

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare in-house schedule (General Schedule, Manpower Loading, Equipment, Tools and Materials Requirements)
• Generate and assess the budget and cash flow for the Project Site
• Coordinates with the Office Engineer/Architect and Department Manager for the assigned projects
• Monitor and Supervise manpower, incoming and outgoing materials and all expenses
• Monitoring compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications
• Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel's performance) and report regularly on project status
• Cooperate and communicate effectively with project manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support
• Review department deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions
• Ensuring all variation, additional and deductive works is documented

Job Requirements

• Proven working experience as a Site Architect
• Excellent knowledge of design and visualizations software such as AutoCAD and 3D Modeling Software
• Advance MS Office skills
• Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices and performance standards
• Ability to work with multiple discipline projects
• Project management and supervision skills
• Decision making ability and leadership skills
• Time management and organization skills
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• License holder is an advantage
