What You'll Need to Succeed

• At least 2 years of experience in digital media planning, advertising, or related roles
• Passion for media, technology, and industry trends
• Strong attention to detail and high accuracy standards
• Professional maturity, integrity, and a collaborative mindset
• Excellent written and presentation skills
• Proficiency in
  PowerPoint and Excel
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines

What You'll Be Doing

• Assist in developing digital RFPs with senior team members
• Coordinate and submit RFP materials accurately and on time
• Document, assign, and track RFP progress using internal systems
• Use inventory systems to support proposals
• Review post-sale data and provide insights for future planning
• Support sales teams with timely, accurate information to optimize client proposals
