JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Summary:

Responsible for filling high-pressure oxygen tanks and operating relevant equipment

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Execute the implemented preventive and corrective maintenance program.
• Review and submit various documents in the department.
• Provide technical insight to assistant department head.
• Record every activities or trouble within assign area or machine
• Shall perform other functions as may be necessary by the Engineering and Maintenance department head.
• Carry out start/stop operation of the Oxygen Generator as required;
• Monitors and ensures that operation of the Oxygen Generator is according to standard operational requirement as stated in the Quality Manual of the unit;
• Monitor Oxygen purity level to be around 93-96% 24 hours daily;
• Takes sample of Oxygen purity every hour at product sampling point;
• Records operational parameters regularly as required by the Daily Monitoring Logbook;
• Carry out regular maintenance of the equipment as stated in the Quality Manual to ensure efficient and safe operation of the system;
• Report to client production -in-charge and BMC Head office foe any abnormality and emergency situations such as:
• Oxygen purity dropping below 93%;
• Abnormal noise heard from the equipment;
• Abnormal vibrations observed on the equipment;
• Noise or hissing sound due to Oxygen leakage.
• Operate the back-up Oxygen manifold system when abnormality is found or during emergency cases. Replaces empty tanks in the manifold when necessary;
• Cleans regularly the Oxygen Generator Room;

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php12, Php15,000.00 per month
