- In charge of warranty concerns and claim of customers.
- Evaluate the warranty claims of customers to determine if valid or not.
- Deal directly with local suppliers with warranty claims.
- Process the warranty claims in the system.
- Preparation of technical reports.
- Administration of warranty parts identification, storage, and disposal.
- Preparation of warranty claims in accordance with distributor procedure.
- Documentation of vehicle quality improvement.
- Preparation of weekly and monthly warranty reports.
Qualifications*
- Graduate of any business course.
- Preferably with at least 1 year work experience on related field.
- Detail oriented, organized and tidy.
- Must be a critical thinker who enjoys problem solving and working with a team.
- Experience in a car dealership is an advantage.
