The responsibilities associated with this position include:

  • Assist the SHESQ Sr Manager in liaising with government agencies/authorities at the local and national level for required registrations and operations permits/license
  • Ensure company's compliance with laws and reporting requirements of DOLE, DENR, and other SHES related government agencies
  • Monitors compliance to security contract requirements
  • Acts as Pollution Control Officer and Safety Officer 4 of the company
  • Acts as the deputy management representative for Occupational Safety and Health Management and Environment Management System.
  • Participate during Audit as Auditee and Auditor during Internal Audits and process Audits.
  • Monitor Budget utilization and process all purchases as required by the SHESQ Department.

Requirements

Skills
:

  • Working knowledge of the concept and facets of Corporate Social Responsibility
  • Comprehensive understanding of Environmental, OSH laws and regulations, OSH Management Systems
  • Good Communication skills, data gathering, planning, implementation and monitoring skills
  • Output oriented, capable of multi-tasking, and analytical

Experience
:

  • Preferably with five (5) years' experience in implementing OSH, environmental and quality management system

Education
:

  • College degree in the field of engineering
