Accounting Staff

- Prepare and process check vouchers and ensure supporting documents are complete and properly approved.
- Handle check issuance and fund disbursement for suppliers, employees, and other company expenses.
- Record daily transactions in the general ledger, cash disbursement book, and other accounting records.
- Assist in accounts payable and accounts receivable monitoring and reconciliation.
- Maintain organized and updated files of invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments for billing and payment concerns.
- Support the preparation of monthly financial reports and other required accounting schedules.
- Assist in bank reconciliation and cash flow monitoring.
- Ensure all accounting activities comply with company policies and government regulations (e.g., BIR compliance).
- Perform other accounting-related tasks as may be assigned by the Accounting Supervisor or Manager.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or any related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in general accounting or related work (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Knowledge in processing checks, vouchers, and accounting journal entries.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and basic accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or similar).
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
- Can work efficiently under minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
- Trustworthy and maintains strict confidentiality of financial information.
