1. Recruitment and Selection- Develops and implements effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Conducts screening, interviewing, and selection in coordination with department heads.
- Ensures timely placement of personnel based on manpower requirements.
- Administers disciplinary actions in accordance with the company's Code of Conduct and Employee Handbook.
- Handles employee concerns, grievances, and conflict resolution to maintain workplace harmony.
- Ensures fair and consistent implementation of company policies and labor standards.
- Oversees payroll preparation, attendance monitoring, and benefits administration.
- Ensures compliance with statutory benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and BIR).
- Reviews and recommends salary adjustments and benefits programs as needed.
- Develops, reviews, and updates HR policies, procedures, and internal guidelines.
- Ensures company compliance with the Labor Code of the Philippines and other applicable laws.
- Coordinates with government agencies for labor-related requirements and inspections.
- Identifies training needs and designs programs to enhance employee performance and professional growth.
- Implements orientation programs for new hires and refresher training for existing employees.
- Monitors and evaluates the effectiveness of training programs.
- Implements performance evaluation systems to measure and improve employee productivity.
- Provides guidance to supervisors and department heads in setting performance goals.
- Recommends rewards, recognition, or corrective actions based on performance outcomes.
- Participates in organizational planning and contributes to strategic decision-making.
- Analyzes HR data and trends to recommend workforce planning and organizational improvements.
- Supports top management in implementing programs that promote company culture and employee engagement.
- Maintains confidentiality of all HR-related information and records.
- Prepares HR reports and analytics for management review.
- Performs other duties that may be assigned by management from time to time.
