In this pivotal role, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our valued clients in Calamba City Laguna. What you'll be doing

  1. Providing knowledgeable and friendly assistance to customers, answering inquiries and helping them find the right products for their needs
  2. Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring a seamless shopping experience
  3. Maintaining a well-organised and visually appealing sales counter to create an inviting atmosphere
  4. Collaborating with the wider team to ensure inventory is accurately tracked and replenished
  5. Identifying potential sales opportunities and providing suggestions to customers to enhance their shopping experience
  6. Adhering to all company policies, procedures and safety guidelines

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience in a customer-facing retail or sales role, preferably in the Retail & Consumer Products industry is a plus
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and provide excellent customer service
  3. Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management processes
  4. A collaborative team player with a positive, problem-solving attitude
  5. Flexibility to work during peak hours, including evenings and weekends
