Mall Patrol / Mall Security Personnel

Location: Los Baños Laguna Area

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain peace and order within the mall premises by conducting regular patrols.
• Monitor entrances, exits, hallways, restrooms, and common areas to ensure a safe environment for customers and tenants.
• Assist customers politely and provide directions or support when needed.
• Support in managing crowd control during peak hours, mall events, or emergencies.
• Respond promptly to incidents, irregular activities, and reports of theft, disturbances, or accidents.
• Coordinate with other security staff and mall management for any safety concerns or operational instructions.
• Conduct inspection of mall facilities to ensure compliance with safety and security standards.
• Prepare incident reports and document observations accurately and timely.
• Assist in enforcing mall rules, regulations, and safety procedures.

Qualifications:

• Open for Fresh Graduates
• College level
• Physically fit and willing to stand/walk for long hours.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Honest, disciplined, and alert at all times.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php14, Php14,500.00 per month
