Summary:

The Sales Executive oversees sales activities and develops relationships with customers. He/she is responsible for managing accounts, ensuring clients are satisfied, and generating new sales opportunities.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for conducting various sales activities such as prospecting and managing corporate accounts, developing sales leads, building client relationships, and closing new business opportunities.
  • Maintain quality customer relations with existing clients while developing new accounts and;
  • Set sales targets and specific performance metrics aligned with business strategies
  • Communicate with clients resolve issues and inquiries
  • Generate innovative ideas to support customers and boost brand awareness
  • Manage multiple accounts; develop positive working relationships with all customer touchpoint
  • Drive client retention, renewals, upsells, and client satisfaction
  • Use client feedback to improve customer experience.

Qualifications:

Education

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering, Economics, or any business course.

Experience

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Skills & Competencies

  • With above-average desktop skills (i.e. MS Office especially PowerPoint)
  • With strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Very good negotiation skills
  • Works well under pressure
  • Extrovert, highly analytical, and output-driven
  • Must be amenable to work in Makati from Mondays to Fridays, 9AM to 6PM
