AT A GLANCE

As a Beauty Supervisor, you will oversee 1-4 stores and lead your team in delivering a strong retail experience. From sales and service to stock and store execution, you will play a key role in hitting targets, guiding store teams, and supporting the day-to-day performance of the business.

YOUR OVERALL MISSION & DAY-TO-DAY

Sales Performance

  • Plan and drive sales targets for each store in your cluster

  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly performance using key sales indicators

  • Maximize productivity through team engagement and campaign execution

  • Ensure sales deposits and control reports are submitted accurately and on time

  • Support successful roll-out of all promotions and mechanics

Stock Management

  • Oversee stock ordering, receiving, and transfers across all stores handled

  • Maintain accurate inventory and ensure zero stock loss

  • Ensure stockrooms are organized and stores are well-stocked for selling

Store Operations

  • Resolve day-to-day issues in-store and ensure smooth operations

  • Ensure all stores follow brand VM standards and are customer-ready at all times

  • Uphold store cleanliness, organization, and visual presentation

People & Team Coaching

  • Supervise store teams and support them in achieving daily and monthly targets

  • Coach and motivate staff through regular feedback, delegation, and follow-through

  • Guide new hires and team members on operations, service, and selling

  • Promote a positive store culture through presence, leadership, and support.

Customer & Business Management

  • Attends product trainings, leadership sessions, and monthly/quarterly meetings required by Operations.

  • Remains updated on the latest trends, ingredients, and technologies in the beauty industry to support team development and customer education.

YOUR TALENT

  • At least 2 years of experience in a retail leadership role

  • Background in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle is a plus

  • Strong in sales operations, customer service, and store execution

  • Confident in leading and coaching store teams

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple stores

  • Comfortable working with store KPIs, stock processes, and team performance tracking

  • Proactive and solutions-focused with a hands-on approach
