Who you'll be working with:

If you have a strong background in IT, computer science, or software engineering, and are analytical, technologically savvy, solutions and process-focused, then the Technology & Operations team may be for you

You'll be responsible for the following:

  • Governance Framework Development: Design and implement a comprehensive governance framework for platform management based on the Platform Lifecycle including policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Platform Management Practices: Monitors and manages adherence, adoption, implementation and improvements to platform management practices.
  • Reporting and Visualization: Prepare reports based on the collected data as a reference for but not limited to compliance and governance status, key metrics, insights and imperatives for budget including monitoring & utilization and practices improvements. Visualization can be through presentations and dashboard using visualization tools such as Google Looker Studio.
  • Compliance Monitoring: Ensure adherence to regulations, data privacy laws and internal policies across all platforms.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with different stakeholders, including but not limited to IT, legal, data privacy, internal audit, procurement, security and compliance team, to align initiatives with business objectives.

We're looking for:

  • Bachelors degree holder of ay computer related course. Minimum 6 years experience
  • With at least 3 years stakeholder management experience
  • Strong background on the following: Vendor Sourcing, Due Diligence & Contracting / Platform Design & Delivery / Platform Lifecycle Management / Service & Operations Management
  • Project Management experience to handle different tracks of an assessment. 
  • Experience in the IT domain, preferably in the financial services setting (either bank or non-bank) is a plus
