Job description:

Integrated management system LEAD AUDITOR

The Integrated Management System (IMS) Lead Auditor will play a pivotal role in conducting audits and assessments of client organizations' integrated management systems. You will be responsible for evaluating and ensuring compliance with various international standards, including but not limited to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO Your expertise in auditing and your ability to provide valuable insights will contribute to the continuous improvement of our clients' operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop audit plans and schedules in consultation with clients, considering their specific needs and requirements.
• Conduct integrated management system audits, encompassing quality, environmental, and occupational health, and safety aspects, in accordance with relevant standards and regulations.
• Analyse and evaluate client documentation, policies, procedures, and records to ensure compliance with applicable standards.
• Perform on-site audits at client locations, interviewing personnel, and inspecting processes, facilities, and equipment.
• Document audit findings, non-conformities, and areas of improvement, and prepare comprehensive audit reports for clients.
• Provide practical recommendations to clients for improving their management systems and achieving compliance with standards.
• Communicate audit results and recommendations effectively with client management and personnel, addressing any questions or concerns.
• Stay updated on changes to international standards and regulations, ensuring that audit processes are aligned with the latest requirements.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement within the audit program and contribute to the development of best practices.
• Perform other tasks that may be assigned by the immediate superior and/or management from time-to-time.

Key Requirements:

• College Diploma/Degree in Engineering, or other related courses.
• Lead Auditor certification in one or more of the following standards: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a Lead Auditor conducting integrated management system audits.
• Knowledge of international standards and regulations related to quality, environmental, and occupational health and safety management systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for report writing and client interactions.
• Ability to work independently and within a team, managing multiple audit projects simultaneously.
• Commitment to ethical conduct, professionalism, and confidentiality.
