Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive AI Product Operations Specialist who possesses strong analytical skills, a keen sensitivity to numbers, and bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and English. The ideal candidate will support the deployment and management of AI-driven products, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication across teams and markets. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with global stakeholders and contribute to innovative AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and support the day-to-day operations of AI products
  • Analyze product data and performance metrics to identify insights and areas for improvement
  • Liaise between technical teams, business units, and external partners, communicating effectively in Mandarin and English
  • Assist in the implementation and execution of product strategies and updates
  • Monitor product usage and troubleshoot issues as they arise
  • Prepare reports and presentations on product performance and insights
  • Collaborate with teams across China and the Philippines, including occasional travel to China for meetings or project coordination

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Data Analytics, or related field
  • Previous experience in product operations, project coordination, or business support roles
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen interest in numbers
  • Excellent communication skills in Mandarin and English
  • Ability to interpret data and present insights clearly
  • Legal authorization to work in the Philippines
  • Flexibility to travel internationally (mainly China)

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of AI or tech products is a plus but not required
  • Experience working with cross-cultural teams
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Customer-focused mindset and proactive approach
