Bookkeeper Job Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Record daily financial transactions (revenue, expenses, invoices, payments).
  • Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts
  • Post journal entries accurately and timely
  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
  • Identify discrepancies, investigate issues, and correct errors in the Income Statement and Balance Sheet

Requirements:

- Strong English communication skills are required.
- 2+ Years of US (remote) Accounting Bookkeeper experience
- Strong data entry skills.
- Ability to work remotely and independently.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
