Cashier Skills and Responsibilities:
- CLINIC CASHIER - NOVALICHES
- Atleast 1 Year experience is a must.
- Relieving personnel if the cashier assigned on a specific office is not available;
- WILLING TO DO ROTATIONS whenever necessary around offices in San Jose Del Monte Bulacan, Lagro and Novaliches, Quezon City;
- Provides a positive customer experience with fair, friendly, and courteous service;
- Resolves customer issues and answers questions related to payments;
- Enters price changes by referring to price sheets;
- Collecting payments by accepting cash or asking customers if they have HMO card and make changes for cash customers;
- Balances cash drawer by counting cash at beginning and end of work shift;
- Provides pricing information by answering questions;
- Maintains checkout operations by following policies and procedures and reporting needed changes;
- Maintains a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulations;
- Making sure that the Columnar for Official Report is daily updated;
- Daily filling up of Logbook for Cash Position Disbursement;
- Encoding Cash Position Report to be updated and submitted every Saturday;
- Daily filling up of Official Receipts;
- Filing of Doctors' Check;
- Doctors' Check Issuance;
- Updating Doctors Professional Fee Logs; and
- Updating Doctors' Rental Payment Logs.
Administrative Duties:
- Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.
- Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
- Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, or e-mail.
- Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.
- Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Education and Experience Requirements
- 1-2 years of work experience as Cashier;
- Graduate of any 4 year course or;
- Courses related to accounting (preferred but not required);
- Knowledge of appropriate software: Microsoft Excel;
- Can start ASAP
