Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive IT Specialist with at least 3 years of experience in IT support. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge in both hardware and software troubleshooting, is familiar with SAP systems, and can efficiently handle day-to-day technical support for end-users. This role is crucial in ensuring seamless business operations through effective IT service delivery and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for hardware, software, networking, and operating systems to internal users.
  • Install, configure, maintain, and upgrade computer systems, peripherals, and applications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and other IT equipment.
  • Handle SAP user access, basic configuration support, and coordinate with SAP specialists for escalated issues.
  • Monitor and maintain network connectivity, including Wi-Fi, LAN, and VPN connections.
  • Perform routine system checks, backups, and updates to ensure system integrity and security.
  • Manage IT inventory including procurement and documentation of assets.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation and user guides.
  • Collaborate with vendors and service providers for repair, maintenance, or procurement needs.
  • Assist in IT projects such as system upgrades, migrations, or new software implementations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
  • Solid understanding of Windows and Mac OS, Microsoft Office 365, and basic networking concepts.
  • Proficient in hardware troubleshooting and software installation/configuration.
  • Experience or familiarity with SAP ERP systems is required.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
  • Certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft, ITIL) are a plus.
