YWA HUMAN RESOURCE CORPORATION' is seeking talented Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to join our dynamic team in Cebu City. As a full-time CSR, you will be the friendly voice that connects our customers with the exceptional service they deserve. Your role will be pivotal in achieving our company's mission to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

What you'll be doing

  1. Answering inbound calls from customers and providing prompt, knowledgeable, and courteous assistance
  2. Resolving customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and efficient manner
  3. Maintaining accurate records and documentation of all customer interactions
  4. Identifying opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
  5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements
  6. Adhering to company policies, procedures, and quality standards

What we're looking for

  1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
  2. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to handle a variety of customer inquiries
  3. Proficiency in English, with the ability to speak clearly and articulately
  4. Demonstrated customer service experience, preferably in a call centre or similar environment
  5. Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
  6. Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and contributing to the success of the team
