PPIC Staff

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and updating production schedules based on sales forecasts, inventory levels, and available production capacity.
• Monitor stock levels of raw materials, work-in-process (WIP), and finished goods to ensure optimal inventory and prevent shortages or excess.
• Collaborate with purchasing, warehouse, and production teams to ensure the timely availability and efficient use of materials.
• Track and monitor production progress, identifying and reporting any delays or discrepancies to the appropriate departments.
• Prepare and maintain production-related documents, including job orders, material requests, and delivery schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• With 1 year of relevant experience in production planning or inventory control (fresh graduates with strong potential are welcome to apply)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Experience with ERP or MRP systems is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php19, Php21,000.00 per month
