About the role
The Sister Company of RSL Food Product is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our dynamic team at our office in Paradahan I Tanza Cavite. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources for our organisation, including talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits administration, and policy development.
What you'll be doing
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and making job offers
- Administer employee on-boarding, benefits, and leave management programmes
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related policies and procedures
- Develop and implement HR initiatives that support the company's overall strategic goals
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address HR-related challenges
- Assist with the design and delivery of employee training and development programmes
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in HR software and tools, such as HRIS and applicant tracking systems
- Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of the organisation
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment
