Area PT Business Manager

The Area PT Business Manager is responsible for leading the growth and performance of the personal training business across multiple Anytime Fitness clubs in Cebu. This role focuses on driving training revenue, coaching and supporting personal trainers, ensuring delivery of exceptional member experience, and aligning fitness operations with business goals.Key Responsibilities:PT Business Growth & SalesDrive personal training revenue across assigned clubsAnalyze club and individual trainer performance metricsDevelop and implement sales strategies to meet targetsSupport club teams in closing consultations and increasing conversionsCoaching & Team DevelopmentRecruit, onboard, and train certified personal trainersConduct regular coaching, performance reviews, and skill developmentEnsure consistent delivery of results-driven, high-quality training programsOperations & Member ExperienceStandardize personal training systems and practices across locationsMonitor program delivery, scheduling, and trainer utilizationMaintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and professionalismCollaboration & LeadershipWork closely with Club Managers,Lead monthly PT business reviews and reportingRepresent the brand during local events and activationsQualifications:Proven experience in personal training and fitness sales (3+ years preferred)Prior leadership or multi-location management experience is a strong advantageCertified Personal Trainer (ACE, NASM, ACSM, or equivalent)Strong sales, coaching, and business acumenExcellent communication and leadership skillsWilling to travel within Cebu area as neededWhat's in it for You:Competitive salary + performance-based incentivesLeadership role in a fast-growing fitness brandOngoing professional development and growth opportunitiesFree gym membership and fitness perksBe part of a mission-driven team creating healthier communities
