We are looking for a Digital Graphic Designer & Content Creator who blends creativity, marketing savvy, and digital design to bring our brand to life. This role will play a key part in developing content for web, social media, email campaigns, sales presentations, events, and more. You'll be instrumental in crafting a cohesive and compelling brand experience across all platforms through design, video, short-form copy, and strategic content creation. This is a fast-paced and varied role ideal for someone who thrives on creativity, collaboration, and making design that informs, engages, and inspires.Salary Range: 35,000 - 45,000Work Set-Up: Work onsite | Mon-Fri | 6am - 3pmBenefits:Leave Benefits: 5 Sick Leaves + 10 Vacation LeavesAllowances: Rice, Clothing/Uniform, Medical, and Meal AllowanceHealthcare: HMO with 1 free dependentParental Support: Paid Maternity and Paternity LeaveGovernment Contributions: SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIGResponsibilities:Create visually engaging content for websites, social media, email campaigns, presentations, and print materials.Design and edit short-form videos and animations for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and the company website.Ensure brand consistency across all creative assets including sales collateral, brochures, case studies, and event materials.Support website improvements through digital design and UX/UI enhancements.Develop platform-specific social media graphics, hooks, and captions to boost engagement and performance.Partner with internal teams to produce branded presentation decks, marketing materials, and tradeshow assets.Maintain organized design files and assist with managing creative content libraries.Contribute to the evolution of brand identity by exploring new design trends and tools.Requirements:Canva, PowerPoint, Google Slides.Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro or After Effects).Basic video editing for TikTok, Reels, Shorts, YouTube.Understanding of UX/UI and responsive web design.Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Buffer, Later, Hootsuite)Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, OutlookWorking knowledge of print production processesCreative thinker with a marketing mindset, focused on producing designs that are both visually compelling and strategically effective.Proactive, organized, and self-directed, with strong attention to detail and consistency.Collaborative communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Adaptable and resourceful, able to quickly shift focus between multiple projects and priorities.Passionate about branding, storytelling, and staying ahead of design trends.Eagerness to learn and continuously grow in creative capabilities and technical skills.Highly visual individual who can design with empathy, always keeping the audience in mind.Ampersonality Traits:Creative thinker with a marketing mindset, focused on producing designs that are both visually compelling and strategically effective.Proactive, organized, and self-directed, with strong attention to detail and consistency.Collaborative communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Adaptable and resourceful, able to quickly shift focus between multiple projects and priorities.Passionate about branding, storytelling, and staying ahead of design trends.Eagerness to learn and continuously grow in creative capabilities and technical skills.Highly visual individual who can design with empathy, always keeping the audience in mind.
