This role is envisioned to play a pivotal part in driving high-quality ServiceNow project delivery, supporting business development efforts, and contributing to the growth of a specialized practice aligned with global consulting ambitions. Responsibilities Project Delivery Leadership Guide the end-to-end execution of complex ServiceNow engagements, ensuring alignment with delivery excellence principles. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable ServiceNow solutions. Provide oversight on project governance, risk mitigation, and quality assurance. Support and mentor delivery teams to ensure successful client outcomes. Pre-Sales & Solutioning Support Partner with business development teams to shape proposals, solution designs, and client presentations. Participate in client discussions, workshops, and demonstrations to articulate the value of ServiceNow offerings. Contribute to the development of tailored roadmaps and strategic recommendations for prospective clients. Assist in crafting responses to RFPs and other client-facing materials. Practice Development & Leadership Support Collaborate with leadership to support operational aspects of a growing ServiceNow capability. Mentor junior team members and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and development. Assist in resource planning, performance management, and team utilization strategies. Identify talent needs and support recruitment efforts as the practice evolves. Strategic Initiatives & Cross-Functional Collaboration Contribute to broader consulting initiatives in the Philippines, including innovation, market expansion, and service integration. Work with cross-functional leaders to align local delivery with global consulting priorities. Support the adoption of emerging technologies and continuous improvement frameworks within the ServiceNow ecosystem. RequirementsBachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field 10+ years of experience in IT or consulting, with 5+ years in ServiceNow leadership or delivery roles Proven track record in managing large-scale ServiceNow implementations across industries Strong pre-sales and solutioning experience, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders Demonstrated experience in building and managing high-performing technical teams Familiarity with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, GRC, and CSM Experience in the Philippine consulting landscape is a plus Excellent leadership, communication, and client engagement skills ServiceNow certifications are advantageous
