FILINVEST COMPANY: Crimson Hotel Filinvest City, Manila (CFCM)He/She is responsible for mis-en-place, service, and maximization of guest satisfaction in the outlets/banquets, ensure smooth operations of the sections appointed in the Food & Beverage division and customer satisfaction. Handle guest inquiries in a courteous mannerServe food & beverage to guest accordingly to established service provider and presentationDo side duties as assigned on a daily basis by Outlet/Banquet Supervisor Have a complete underestanding of hotels products and offering, hotel's and procedures/policy including relating to Fire, Hygiene, health, and SafetyEnsure proper maintenance and inventory of equipment, wares, and suppliesPerform other duties as directed by the Management from time to timeQUALIFICATIONS: College level (atleast 2 years)Good oral and written communicationsAtleast 1 year related work experienceCan start immediatelyAmenable to work in Alabang, Muntinlupa
