About the job: Phlebotomist (Bonifacio Technology Center) | Onsite Work Location: 100% Onsite (Bonifacio Technology Center Taguig) Schedule: Shifting (Clinic Operations 6am-10pm) Qualifications: Education: Graduate of Medical Laboratory Science, Phlebotomy, or equivalent health sciences courseLicense/Certifications: MUST HAVE Licensed Phlebotomist or Registered Medical TechnologistBasic Life Support (BLS) certification is an advantageOPEN TO FRESH GRADS WITH LICENSE: Med-Tech License is a MUST Knowledge: Knowledgeable in infection control, hygiene, and safe disposal of sharp and biohazard materialsUnderstanding of veins, circulation, and human body systems related to blood collectionBasic knowledge of phlebotomy tools, centrifuges, and sample storage requirements Skills: Proficient in venipuncture, capillary puncture, and proper specimen handlingEfficiently handle multiple patients and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced clinic or laboratory settingAbility to address challenging draws, difficult veins, or unexpected patient reactionsHas good communication and people skills
