Tax Senior Analyst

This position works hand in hand with the Senior Tax Manager, Finance leaders, the CGS team and other relevant stakeholder in supporting and executing tax planning strategies, activities and projects. The position helps design and formulate tax saving measures and initiatives for the various companies that may be assigned. This role is the focal for ADMIN coordination with the various stakeholders including government agencies such as BIR, BOC, PEZA, BOI, etc. He/She makes sure that all relevant tax matters, filings and all other related requirements are prepared complete, accurate and on time. Duties and Responsibilities: Participate, develop and help implement/execute tax planning strategies, activities and projects for each of the companies of the Group as well as conduct regular tax compliance audit.Timely cascade new revenue regulations and issuances to facilitate full compliance of the Group.Lead and coordinate with Finance Department including the CSG team for compliance with outstanding Letter of Authority/Tax Verification Notice issued by BIR and related agencies.Represent administratively and coordinate directly with BIR, PEZA and other government agencies for all tax matters of the Group, including drafting and preparation of related letters and required correspondences.Computation and filing of companys tax returns which includes but not limited to: Value Added Tax, Expanded Withholding Tax, Withholding Tax on Compensation, Creditable Withholding Tax, Income Tax, Documentary Stamp Tax, etc.Filing, collating, archiving of all tax and related documents of assigned OpCos.Manage coordination with other third party outsourced services such as SGV, KPMG, PWC and the like related to tax matters and activitiesAll other tasks that may be assigned by the Group Tax Senior Manager. Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Accountancy, Taxation, or related Finance coursesAt least 2 years of solid work experience in the field of tax compliance reporting.Knowledge on BIR compliance and financial analysis.Strategic and highly analyticalFlexible and independent with minimal supervisionExcellent communication and organization skillsDetail oriented coupled with the ability to start from scratch and learn quicklyAbility to work under pressure and with time constraintsGood interpersonal skills and outgoing.
